We are hiring an HVAC Apprentice (Junior Technician) for someone with basic mechanical ability, a strong work ethic, and a real interest in learning HVAC service work. This is a great opportunity for someone who has trade school experience, some field experience, or at least a solid mechanical background and the desire to grow.

This role is designed for someone who is still developing their HVAC skills but has the right foundation to become a strong technician. You do not need to know everything yet, but you do need to be honest, dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. The right person may have completed trade school, worked in HVAC for about a year, or grown up fixing things and working with their hands. We can teach the HVAC side to someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and mechanical knack.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, and repair work</li>
<li>Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment</li>
<li>Support experienced technicians on commercial service calls</li>
<li>Help maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas</li>
<li>Follow safety procedures and company standards</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors</li>
<li>Complete assigned tasks with care and attention to detail</li>
<li>Develop technical skills through hands-on training and field experience</li>
<li>Represent the company professionally while on job sites</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>At least 1 year of related experience preferred, or trade school equivalent</li>
<li>Basic mechanical ability and interest in HVAC service work</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li>
<li>Honest, dependable, and able to get along well with others</li>
<li>Comfortable working with tools and learning technical repairs</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required</li>
<li>Trade school or technical training is a plus</li>
<li>Prior HVAC, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical experience is a plus</li>

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems. This is a great opportunity for a technician with solid hands-on experience who wants steady work, a supportive team, and the chance to continue growing in the trade.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HVAC service experience and is comfortable troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

<li>Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience preferred</li>
<li>Commercial HVAC experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Ability to repair, maintain, and diagnose HVAC systems</li>
<li>Dependable, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Good communication skills with customers and team members</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required</li>
<li>EPA certification preferred</li>
<li>Must have a strong work ethic and a willingness to continue learning</li>
