As an Input Processor in our Foreclosure department, you will input data, update websites, maintain calendar of hearings, submit check request and understand the foreclosure process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Input data and update websites</li>
<li>Answer phone calls from prospective purchasers and or borrowers or lenders</li>
<li>Run conflict checks and request any existing files</li>
<li>Setup new referrals in case management software</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining calendar of hearings and sales</li>
<li>Submit check requests</li>
</ul>
Any employee of the foreclosure department may be cross-trained and expected to fulfil responsibilities of any team at any time based on business need.
 
Minimum Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>0-3 years of general office support experience</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to learn</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office</li>
<li>High degree of accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to meet strict deadlines.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills & Experience - These are additional skills and experience that are not required to hold this position, but may provide candidates who possess them an edge over candidates who do not.
 <ul>
<li>1-2 years of experience accounting, legal or real estate</li>
<li>Basic Knowledge of the foreclosure process</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
 This job operates in a clerical office setting with regular business hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, but your schedule for work will be determined by your supervisor. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You would be required to lift files (up to 15 lbs.)
