</b></p><p>In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:
</p><ul><li>Executing all supplier relations,
</li><li>Reporting supplier activities and problems to PFW-Speyer and Quality related units,
</li><li>Managing the supplier process for new projects and supporting PFW-Speyer on demand,
</li><li>Visiting to suppliers on-site where necessary,
</li><li>Conducting studies for the management and improvement of suppliers,
</li><li>Ensuring availability of necessary materials in accordance with overall quality requirements
</li><li>Following product and supplier qualification through the relevant system and supplier tracking (in case it appears free in the system used by PFW-Speyer),
</li><li>Contacting the main center about suppliers that are not approved in the system,
</li><li>Tracking the approved supplier list,
</li><li>Performing material quality maintenance in the system,
</li><li>Requesting new information in case of missing documents from suppliers,
</li><li>Notifying suppliers of supplier-related errors and evaluating the actions taken (ensuring that root cause analyses are initiated and followed up by the supplier)
</li><li>Participating in approved supplier audits on behalf of PFW-HS when necessary,
</li><li>Providing the necessary technical support in line with the supplier's request for information about the material,
</li><li>Performing of supplier quality processes activities
</li><li>Conducting of supplier non-conformity management
</li><li>Monitoring and closing supplier root cause and actions
</li><li>Performing the flying, non-flying part decision
</li></ul><p><b>Your profile
</b></p><ul><li>Engineering degree or equivalent education,
</li><li>1-4 years of experience in the relevant position
</li><li>Advanced English level,

Supplier Auditor

<div><p><b>Senior Buyer/ Planner - Vlier
</b></p><p>The <b>Senior Buyer/Planner </b>will be responsible for managing the on-time delivery of material procurement and outside processing service to meet the forecast, customers' order demand, and MRO requirements for the Vlier business unit. Driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve the lowest total cost, reducing working capital via negotiation planning and execution, and establishing high-growth region sourcing. Optimizing on-hand inventory and maintaining favorable Purchasing Variances.
</p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company safety procedures. Contribute to a Safety-First Culture by identifying Risky Situations.
</li><li>Initiate supplier PO contracts from approved requisitions (Blanket and Discrete Orders).
</li><li>Submit RFQs to suppliers as required and implement strategic pricing opportunities initiated by Sourcing Mgr.
</li><li>Convey all critical conformance requirements submitted by the Supplier Quality Engineer to suppliers with each PO.
</li><li>Administer PO changes related to MRP reschedule messages and ECO disposition actions.
</li><li>Negotiate supplier discrete order promise dates, root cause late deliveries, and initiate supplier corrective actions
</li><li>Working with Planning to establish release quantities and planning settings for purchased material.
</li><li>Plan and coordinate the timing, quantity, and on-time delivery of components with our suppliers to meet inventory goals.
</li><li>Performs audits on our supplier partners and assures their processes are qualified and in control.
</li><li>Liaison between the supplier base and organization when sourcing components
</li><li>Maintain the suppliers' scorecard
</li><li>Provide reporting for management (PPV, Supplier OTD, etc.)
</li><li>Generate, analyze, and report key inventory metrics to maintain and exceed company goals.
</li><li>Source new suppliers and set up
</li><li>Assuring the system has up-to-date pricing, lead time, MOQ, etc.
</li><li>Monitor and expedite OSP procurement
</li><li>Analyzing the cost of supplied components to identify areas of improvement
</li><li>Order operating supplies as required
</li><li>Develop ideas and strategies to improve efficiency, add value, aid business performance, and work towards strategic improvements.
</li><li>Planning backup as needed
</li><li>Other Purchasing/planning tasks assigned by the manager.
</li></ul><p><b>Requirements:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in operations, Supply Chain, or Business is strongly desired along with 5-7 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
</li><li>Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as with people from outside of the organization.
</li><li>Able to work in both focused environments and process multiple tasks simultaneously.
</li><li>Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, costs, and components that exist in a global manufacturing/engineering company.
</li><li>Able to work both in team environments and autonomously.
</li><li>Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and ERP systems.
