Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2&ndash;5 years of experience to join our Creditors&rsquo; Rights practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience in a litigation environment in both state and federal court. Your role in this firm would include meaningful interactions with sophisticated business and financial institution clients, as well as working with a collegial team that values professional development and long-term growth. You will play a pivotal role in managing legal proceedings, conducting thorough research, and drafting precise legal documents to support our clients&rsquo; interests.
