(Dr. Huza&rsquo;s current favorite is vanilla soft serve with cherry dip!)PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental assistant who will be primarily responsible for chairside assistance during endodontic procedures and for helping deliver an exceptional patient experienceSPECIFIC DUTIES<ul><li>Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently for endodontic procedures</li><li>Provide high-level chairside assistance to the Endodontist</li><li>Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and clinical notes</li><li>Drafts clinical reports</li><li>Clearly and calmly explain procedures and post-operative instructions to patients</li><li>Take diagnostic radiographs</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sterilization area</li><li>Deliver outstanding patient service through empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrate a strong commitment to Huza Endodontics&rsquo; clinical standards, policies, and culture</li><li>Communicate effectively with doctors and teammates to promote a positive, team-oriented environment</li><li>Follow OSHA and CDC Guidelines for a clean and safe workplace.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE<ul><li>Is calm, confident, and reassuring with patients</li><li>Enjoys working closely with doctors in a fast-paced specialty setting</li><li>Takes pride in precision, organization, and clinical excellence</li><li>Values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement</li></ul>EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>Dental assisting experience preferred</li><li>X-ray certification (required)</li></ul>COMPANY DESCRIPTION:At Huza Endodontics, our mission is to provide exceptional endodontic care rooted in compassion, collaboration, and advanced technology.
