About the Role HVACDirect.com is a fast-growing, web-focused business making significant investments in expanding its footprint across its marketplace channels. This role is central to that growth.We are seeking a hands-on Marketplaces Specialist to contribute to the strategy, execution, and performance of our third-party marketplace channels including Amazon, Walmart, and More, while also supporting our presence on online mass retail platforms such as Home Depot, Lowe&rsquo;s, Tractor Supply, Rural King, and similar partners.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Influence end-to-end marketplace performance, including revenue, margin, and P&amp;L</li><li>Support daily marketplace operations across all marketplaces</li><li>Develop and execute marketplace strategies, roadmaps, and growth initiatives</li><li>Support product data, listings, and lifecycle decisions (additions, removals, optimizations)</li><li>Resolve listing rejections, feed errors, compliance issues, and technical blockers</li><li>Support marketplace advertising strategy, execution, and optimization</li><li>Create and maintain marketplace brand pages, creative assets, and SEO content</li><li>Determine and implement promotions across marketplace channels</li><li>Conduct brand and assortment audits to ensure marketplace approvals and compliance</li><li>Contribute to cross-marketplace reporting and performance analysis</li><li>Reconcile marketplace reporting, orders, and invoices with internal systems</li><li>Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale marketplace customer support</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, pricing, accounting, warehouse, and external agencies</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Proven experience managing marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.)</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with marketplace feeds and integrations</li><li>Demonstrated management of marketplace P&amp;L and performance metrics</li><li>Experience supporting marketplace advertising programs</li><li>Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>What Success Looks Like <ul><li>Marketplaces are profitable, accurate, compliant, and growing</li><li>Feeds are clean, stable, and scalable</li><li>Advertising is efficient and ROI-positive</li><li>Issues are resolved quickly with minimal escalation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
