Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>Corporate Governance: Ensure that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining best practices in corporate governance.</li><li>Board Support: Assist the Board of Directors in adhering to corporate governance policies, preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and board papers.</li><li>Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on corporate law matters, leveraging your LLB qualification to address legal issues that may affect the company.</li><li>Compliance Management: Oversee compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws, ensuring timely filings and adherence to legal requirements.</li><li>Secretarial Duties: Handle all secretarial functions, including maintaining statutory registers, managing shareholder relations, and organizing general meetings.</li><li>Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.</li><li>Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and advise the company on risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Corporate Filings: Ensure timely submission of various forms, returns, and documents required under corporate law.</li><li>Regulatory Liaison: Act as the liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, managing communications and ensuring compliance with regulations.</li><li>Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and corporate governance practices.</li><li>Internal Audits: Participate in internal audits and ensure that the company&rsquo;s operations comply with legal standards.</li><li>Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions for employees and board members on legal compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory changes.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Strong knowledge of company law, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Company secretary: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Company Secretary Certification (Required)</li><li>LLB (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
