 What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partnering with operational leaders to drive effective recruitment strategies through Hyatt.jobs, LinkedIn, social media platforms, career fairs, and recruitment days.
 </li>
 <li>
 Delivering a seamless onboarding experience, from interviews and career chats to preparing and presenting appointment letters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the administration of employee relations, payroll, benefits, compensation, and recognition programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring strict confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with government and immigration authorities to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing strong administrative and organizational support to the Director of Human Resources and ensuring smooth implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University Degree/Diploma &ndash; preference given to Human Resources / Hotel Management or business-related degrees
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communications, interpersonal and MS Office skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in HRIS systems is desirable
 </li>
 <li>
 Multi Linguistic Skills
 </li>

 Summary
 
 
 
 You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Purchasing Manager is responsible to assist the Materials Manager in planning and procurement of material, including vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Purchasing Manager or Assistant Purchasing Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
