Hybridge is looking for a proactive Facilities &amp; Maintenance Lead to take ownership of our Rochester facility. This is a key role where you will be the &quot;eyes and ears&quot; of our building, ensuring a safe, professional, and high-functioning environment for our entire team.</p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h4><p>
Vendor &amp; Contractor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all building vendors. You will use excellent communication skills to negotiate quotes, schedule repairs, and ensure all work is completed to Hybridge&rsquo;s high standards.</p>
<p>
Technical Troubleshooting: Perform initial diagnostics on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems before coordinating specialized repairs.</p>
<p>
Administrative Oversight: Maintain an organized facility via basic computer functions, including managing service calendars, responding to facility emails, and ordering supplies online.</p>
<p>
Facility Stewardship: Maintain the professional &quot;look and feel&quot; of the building through light painting and aesthetic touch-ups.</p>
<p>
Facility Readiness: Ensure the building is kept to the highest standards of tidiness and organization, managing supply inventory and ensuring all work zones are professional and presentable.</p>
<p>
Project Support: Lead building-related projects and respond to facility incidents to ensure minimal disruption to operations.</p>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h4><p>
3+ Years of experience in facilities maintenance or a skilled trade.</p>
<p>
Strong Communicator: Ability to clearly relay technical needs to contractors and provide status updates to management.</p>
<p>
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in email (Outlook/Gmail) and calendar management to stay on top of scheduled maintenance and vendor visits.</p>
<p>
The &quot;Fixer&quot; Mentality: You enjoy troubleshooting and take pride in a well-maintained space.</p>
<p>
Reliability: You are organized, communicative, and comfortable working independently.</p>
<p>
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and remain active throughout the shift.</p>
