Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR operations and be eager to learn and grow in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and documentation activities.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR database.</li><li>Help organize employee engagement programs and office events.</li><li>Coordinate with team leads for attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and presentations.</li><li>Support HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).</li><li>4&ndash;6 months of basic HR experience (internship or junior role preferred).</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Basic understanding of HR software or tools (added advantage).</li><li>Positive attitude, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Friendly and collaborative work culture.</li><li>Opportunity to learn full-cycle HR operations.</li><li>Growth opportunities within the HR team.</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
