This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your creativity, social media expertise, and passion for digital marketing to build a lively community and boost brand visibility on one of the world&rsquo;s most popular social platforms.Responsibilities<ul><li>Host lively and engaging TikTok live streams, interacting with viewers in real-time to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.</li><li>Demonstrate products or services effectively, highlighting features and benefits to drive interest and sales.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and campaigns.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activity to optimize live content strategies.</li><li>Incorporate multimedia elements such as graphics, videos, and music using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance live presentations.</li><li>Manage live session schedules efficiently using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for promotional purposes.</li><li>Engage in content creation activities including photography, video editing, proofreading, and branding efforts to support ongoing campaigns.</li><li>Apply SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to increase discoverability of live sessions across platforms.</li><li>Track performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to analyze viewer engagement and improve future streams.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with viewers through excellent relationship management and public relations skills, encouraging repeat viewership.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing with a focus on video platforms like TikTok or other live streaming channels.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer (application).</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for multimedia content development.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening techniques to optimize content reach.</li><li>Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and e-commerce strategies for integrated marketing campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences energetically during live sessions.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple streams or campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding details, photography, video editing, and proofreading skills.
