As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting various market segments by providing technical expertise and design support. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with senior management, assisting in product development, and delivering detailed design solutions for fa&ccedil;ade systems. You will also support clients, fabricators, and internal teams throughout the design and project execution stages.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Collaborate with senior management to address internal and external technical support requirements.</li><li>
Contribute to the development and enhancement of HBSME Systems.</li><li>
Assist Technical Engineers with design solutions and technical documentation.</li><li>
Prepare and submit technical documents for clients, ensuring alignment with project requirements.</li><li>
Generate 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD (and recommended Autodesk Inventor/Rhino if possible) .</li><li>
Coordinate with the HBSME design team to acquire necessary CAD details for specific projects.</li><li>
Support fabricators with shop drawings and technical queries related to HBSME systems.</li><li>
Review project specifications and incorporate them into design and tender documentation.</li><li>
Provide computation reports and technical notes related to proposed fa&ccedil;ade systems.</li><li>
Develop custom design solutions for specialized or complex projects.</li><li>
Prepare technical presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.</li><li>
Analyze job specifications, tender documents, and BOQs to identify elements suitable for HBSME aluminum systems.</li><li>
Generate material quotations and coordinate with the Logistics team for timely deliveries.</li><li>
Conduct material analysis using HBSME software to generate fabrication sheets and bill of materials.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, maintaining strict confidentiality of all project and pricing-related information.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Your qualifications and skills</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Education &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in fa&ccedil;ade design, aluminum systems, or similar industries.</li><li>
Strong background in technical drawing and system-based design.</li></ul><p><b>
Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (2D &amp; 3D modeling).</li><li>
Familiarity with fa&ccedil;ade systems, Windows, Doors and Sliders, unitized and stick systems.</li><li>
Experience with material take-offs, BOQ analysis, and fabrication processes.</li><li>
Strong understanding of structural and thermal calculations is a plus.</li></ul><p><b>
Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
High attention to detail and quality.</li></ul><p><b>
Other Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.</li><li>
Willingness to maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies.</li></ul></div></div></div><p>
