URGENTLY HIRING!Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur and creative director managing multiple ventures across media, education, and business development. This role requires someone who can move with urgency, think ahead, and execute without constant supervision.This is an on-call position with high demand and evolving needs, ideal for someone who is flexible, resourceful, and thrives in dynamic environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders</li><li>Handle emails, communications, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership</li><li>Assist with project coordination across multiple businesses and initiatives</li><li>Conduct research and compile information for business, creative, and operational needs</li><li>Support event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination when needed</li><li>Run occasional errands or assist with in-person tasks (as applicable)</li><li>Organize files, documents, and digital systems for efficiency</li><li>Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively without being asked</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High-school diploma or GED</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and professionalism</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High level of discretion and trustworthiness</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to take initiative</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic project management tools</li><li>Must be dependable and responsive, especially in time-sensitive situations</li></ul>Compensation Structure:<ul><li>This is a stipend-based role due to the on-call nature and varying workload</li><li>Compensation will be provided daily or weekly, depending on workload and availability</li><li>Pay reflects the high-demand, flexible nature of the position</li></ul>Trial Period: All candidates will participate in a 3-day trial period, beginning Tuesday morning, to assess fit, responsiveness, and ability to handle responsibilities in real-time.Work Environment:<ul><li>On-call availability required</li><li>Some tasks may be remote, while others may require in-person support</li><li>Schedule may vary depending on daily priorities and business needs</li></ul>Ideal Candidate: Someone who is not just looking for a job, but an opportunity to be in the room, learn, grow, and contribute at a high level.
