We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our Digital Marketing Department , someone who can bring ideas to life through strong storytelling, visual creativity, and brand innovation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the creative direction and visual strategy for all digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Conceptualize and direct short films, product videos, and brand storytelling projects.</li><li>Develop engaging advertisements and visual content for social media and online platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and teams to deliver impactful campaigns.</li><li>Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand identity.</li><li>Mentor and guide the creative team to maintain high-quality output and originality.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Creative Media.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in creative leadership or visual content production.</li><li>Proven experience in short film direction, ad film creation, and story visualization.</li><li>Strong command of digital design tools</li><li>Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>A compelling portfolio or show reel demonstrating creative campaigns and video work.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ernakulam, Kerala (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
