 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Sales Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth, managing key accounts, leading and mentoring sales teams, and developing budgets. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate objectives and meet revenue targets.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Proven expertise in Business Planning and strategic development to drive organizational growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in Sales, including meeting targets and identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Team Management, ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving company goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
 </li>
