Do you secretly enjoy repetitive detail work that would drive others crazy?We need someone who finds deep satisfaction in perfect accuracy and has an eye for catching errors that others miss.THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS JOB: You will spend all week at a computer:<ul><li>Reviewing hundreds of construction photos looking for errors.</li><li>Analyzing schematics and inputting data into spreadsheets.</li><li>Processing GPS data to calculate exact time allocations.</li><li>Doing similar tasks over and over every single day with high attention to detail.</li><li>Working by yourself 99% of the time and having very little interaction with others.</li></ul>THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF:<ul><li>You need &quot;variety&quot; to stay engaged.</li><li>You &ldquo;approximate&rdquo; when unsure about something.</li><li>You see this as a stepping stone to something else.</li><li>You describe yourself as a &quot;people person&quot;.</li><li>You get bored or burnt out with repetitive tasks.</li><li>You blame systems or other people instead of finding solutions.</li><li>You can't give specific examples of catching errors in past jobs.</li></ul>THIS JOB IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF:<ul><li>You organize your spice rack alphabetically (and immediately notice when someone moves one).</li><li>You've ever re-done someone else's work because their formatting was inconsistent.</li><li>You can focus on details for hours without losing accuracy.</li><li>Spreadsheets bring you joy.</li><li>You understand that 95% accuracy means 5% failure.</li><li>You take pride in catching mistakes that others miss.</li><li>You take ownership of your mistakes and take action to prevent them from happening again.</li><li>You'd rather work alone with data than in a team environment.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of repetitive task experience.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of data processing or data entry experience.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of independent working experience.</li><li>Proven track record of consistency and accuracy in previous role(s).</li><li>Ability to work independently without supervision.</li><li>Ability to sustain focus while doing repetitive tasks.</li><li>Ability to process and understand technical and complex concepts quickly.</li><li>Basic Excel/Sheets skills.</li></ul>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS:<ul><li>Compensation starts at $50,000 for the first year.
