Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage lead generation tools like Apollo to identify, enrich, and segment target accounts based on ICP</li><li>Design and launch outbound marketing campaigns using cold email outreach, personalized LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences.</li><li>Create engaging and converting lead magnets such as gated content, landing pages, webinar signups, and downloadable resources.</li><li>Build and maintain lead databases, ensuring data accuracy, enrichment, and categorization for campaign targeting.</li><li>Coordinate with content and design teams to produce high-impact assets like email templates, banners, infographics, and case studies.</li><li>Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTR, MQL volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), and campaign ROI.</li><li>Leverage marketing automation platforms and CRM integration to track lead progress, nurture sequences, and trigger follow-ups.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, campaign copy, and call-to-action placements to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Perform competitive analysis and market research to discover new opportunities and messaging angles.</li><li>Continuously test new tools and growth hacks to increase outbound engagement and lead quality.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or outbound lead generation, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Apollo, Zoho and similar tools</li><li>Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, cold outreach etiquette, and personalization strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools, lead scraping, enrichment, and segmentation.</li><li>Excellent copywriting, communication, and attention to detail.</li><li>Creative, self-driven, and constantly looking for ways to improve lead quality and funnel performance.</li></ul>How to ApplyReady to take your career to the next level?
