<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your profile</b></h2>
<ul><li>Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Robotics or equivalent.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in developing deep learning models for Autonomous Driving, Computer Vision or Robotics applications</li>
<li>Strong programming skills in Python along with proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow</li>
<li>Solid foundation in mathematics relevant to Machine Learning and Robotics: Linear Algebra, Probability/Statistics and 3D Geometry</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in implementing training and evaluation pipelines for multi-modal perception problems like 3D object detection</li>
<li>Knowledge of optimizing models for deployment (Quantization, Pruning, ONNX, TensorRT) is desired</li>
<li>Experience with C/C++ for model inference and systems integration is beneficial</li>
<li>Comfortable working in Linux-based development environments, with tools such as Git, Docker, ROS2 and CI/CD workflows</li>
<li>Willingness to learn new technologies based on project needs</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary engineering and research team in English</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your tasks</b></h2>
<ul><li>Identify state-of-the-art Deep Neural Network architectures for sensor fusion and end-to-end learning to evaluate applicability for autonomous driving applications.</li>
<li>Implement efficient DNN training pipelines and optimize DNN models for deployment on embedded platforms with hardware constraints.</li>
<li>Measure performance of neural networks and iteratively improve functional performance on use-cases.</li>
<li>Investigate issues in existing algorithm software and improve them by providing guidance for solution.</li>
<li>Document methods, experiments and results; prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Curate large-scale datasets to ensure high-quality training and validation.</li>
<li>Collaborate on deploying trained networks into C/C++ based integration environments for on-vehicle testing.</li>

The ADAS Vehicle Test Engineer is responsible for the integration, validation, and verification of ADAS systems at vehicle level, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements, European regulations, and safety standards. The role requires close collaboration with OEM customers, internal development teams, and production sites
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your profile</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in ADAS or automotive system validation in a supplier or OEM environment.</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of: ADAS/AD systems and sensor technologies (Radar, Camera, Ultrasonic).</li>
<li>Automotive development processes (V-Model, ASPICE), Functional safety (ISO 26262) and validation methodology.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with: Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer), requirement &amp; test management tools (Polarion, Jira, Confluence), data analysis and logging system.</li>
<li>Fluent English (mandatory) and German (B1/B2 or higher preferred), strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Structured, independent, and quality-driven working approach, excellent communication skills in a customer-facing environment.</li>
<li>Valid driving license (mandatory), advanced driving training is a plus.</li>
<li>Travel up to 50% of the time including domestic and international travel for training and coordination.</li>
<li>Experience working with German OEMs is a strong advantage.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Your tasks</b></h2>
<ul><li>Analyze and review OEM/customer requirements, system specifications, and regulatory constraints (e.g., Euro NCAP, UNECE).</li>
<li>Define and maintain ADAS test strategies, ensuring alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and OEM processes. Ensure full traceability between requirements and validation results in tools such as Polarion.</li>
<li>Perform functional verification of ADAS sensors and features following vehicle integration. Validate ADAS/AV features in real-world conditions (public roads) and proving grounds.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain test vehicles including installation of sensors, measurement equipment, and logging systems. Perform and validate sensor calibration (camera, radar, ultrasonic, etc.).</li>
<li>Identify document, and track issues using tools such as Jira or OEM-specific systems. Support root cause analysis in collaboration with system, software, and hardware teams. Perform regression testing after issue resolution.</li>
<li>Act as technical interface towards OEM customers (e.g., German OEMs). Participate in technical reviews, validation meetings, and release discussions. Represent the company during Euro NCAP tests and customer audits.</li>
<li>Support Start of Production (SOP) activities and validation gates. Contribute to End-of-Line (EOL) test setup and validation in European and Turkish production plants.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between development, validation, and industrialization phases. Participate in technical conferences and workshops related to ADAS and Autonomous Driving in Europe.</li>
<li>Support system release activities in accordance with OEM milestones and mechanical and electrical integration within the vehicle architecture.</li>
<li>Stay updated on regulatory developments and automotive standards.</li>

<ul><li>Execute the manual IOP testing.</li>
<li>Test &quot;IOP the entire year, which will be splitted into two testing phases (1st half and 2nd half of the year)</li>
<li>Update Head Unit and other ECUs in the test bench</li>
<li>Create Jira issues and track them in JIRA system, verify and close.</li>
<li>Install &quot;all needed applications and files for IOP testing to all the devices. Install latest software OS before every testing period</li>
<li>Clarify which devices will be used for this testing period. Also clarify open topics in terms of testing with the person in charge of IOP and system test.</li>
<li>Ensure latest softwares are installed on IOP devices and that current Headunit software is up to date. Ensure that the task correctly perfomed.</li>
<li>Review &quot;test file of Korean colleagues. Also review the results of team members</li>
<li>Report &quot;all the testing results from myself to the WGL . Report all issues in Jira.</li>
<li>Support system test cycles including OTA lab test for different various platforms ccNC/PBV/Connect-STD and Lite..etc</li>

<li>Manage and maintain all software files required for testing activities across key components: <b>HU / CLU / CCU / DCU / HUD</b>.</li>
<li>Ensure traceability and version control of all test-relevant software packages.</li>
<li>Create, track, and manage defect tickets in <b>JIRA</b>, including issue documentation, verification, and closure throughout the defect lifecycle.</li>
<li>Report all identified issues with clear descriptions, reproduction steps, and severity classification.</li>
<li>Report all testing results in a timely and structured manner, ensuring transparency on test coverage, pass/fail status, and open items.</li><br>
