Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.</li><li>Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitors.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management.</li><li>Prepare reports, memos, and documents as required.</li><li>Assist in HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.</li><li>Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of office premises.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Support procurement and logistics activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field.</li><li>2 years experience as an Administrative Officer, Admin Assistant, or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
