 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Plan, schedule and manage various purchased materials for new programs.
 
 
 &middot; Support programs from prototype phase through start of production until transition to production sustaining team. Own the transition plan for the program parts to be handed over to on-going production
 
 
 &middot; Effectively communicate material requirements and program timelines/milestones to external suppliers
 
 
 &middot; Work with external suppliers to establish the appropriate delivery schedules specifying quantity and frequency targeting on-time delivery; coordinate with Supply Chain. Planning team and Logistics as needed.
 
 
 &middot; Identify supply chain risks and mitigation steps to ensure material readiness
 
 
 &middot; Communicate status and risks regularly. Escalate in a timely manner
 
 
 &middot; Own the leadership communication on the program to all key stakeholders: program management, Planning, engineering &amp; supply chain
 
 
 &middot; Provide ongoing transparency of inventory levels and ensure continuous inventory accuracy
 
 
 &middot; Work fluidly in a highly cross-functional team environment involving manufacturing, program management, product development teams, design engineers, supply chain, production control and logistics teams
 
 
 &middot; Look for opportunities to identify and drive improvement projects/ processes
 
 
 &middot; Generate and publish performance metrics on the program
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or other related field or equivalent experience.
 
 
 &middot; 7+ years related experience in materials management, production planning, material scheduling, or purchasing in a manufacturing environment.
 
 
 &middot; Proficiency in MS Excel, and all MS office software. Advanced Excel skills include conditional formatting, pivot tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, IFERROR, Power Pivot, and data validation
 
 
 &middot; Strong analytical skills desired
 
 
 &middot; Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management/inventory management system is a plus.
 
 
 &middot; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand.
 
 
 &middot; Ability to present material status effectively in weekly program/executive meetings.
 
 
 &middot; Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
 
 
 &middot; Self-motivation and resourcefulness.
 
 
 &middot; Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced work environment.

Supply Chain Program Manager

 The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading material planning and readiness activities across both NPI and MP phases to support PCBA production for system level demand and customer PCBA demand. This role ensures clear-to-build (CTB) status, manages shortages and excess, supports customer demand analysis, and collaborates with contract manufacturers (CMs) and internal teams to drive build execution, capacity expansion, and continuous improvement. The role also includes direct leadership of supply chain program managers to ensure alignment across programs and execution excellence.

 Job Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of progressive Product Sourcing, Supply Chain and Procurement experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of direct experience in Supplier Management and Contract Negotiation
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in driving cost reduction
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem solving, analytical skills, process oriented and customer-focused
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent business communication skills (oral and written); comfortable presenting to senior leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and persuade/influence others
 </li>
 <li>
