<div><ul><li>Lead pre-production, production, and post-production with strong creative direction.</li><li>
Transform scripts and raw footage into powerful, high-impact visual stories for digital, social, and broadcast platforms.</li><li>
Ensure proper selection, setup, and supervision of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and on-set technical workflows to guarantee high-quality footage aligned with cinematic and post-production standards.</li><li>
Must have strong expertise in VFX, including compositing, rotoscopy, motion tracking, cleanup, and seamless visual integration within post-production workflows.</li><li>
Deliver top-tier cinematic color correction &amp; grading with strong understanding of LUTs, Log workflows, ACES, HDR, and brand-driven color aesthetics.</li><li>
Ensure innovative storytelling while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor junior editors.</li><li>
Accurately estimate timelines and manage multiple projects efficiently.</li><li>
Ability to integrate AI tools seamlessly into traditional post-production pipelines.</li><li>
AI-assisted workflows: auto reframing, background replacement, object removal, smart masking, voice cleanup, upscaling, generative extensions.</li><li>
Exceptional sound design sense.</li><li>
Continuously explores and implements emerging production technologies.</li><li>
Strong creative vision with leadership, adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively while delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.</li><li><p>
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with agility and ownership mindset.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
We Are Looking For</b></p></li><li><b><br>
Education:</b> BA/BFA/Masters in Video Production, Film and TV or Multimedia Arts or related field</li><li><b>
Experience:</b> 4 - 5 Years of relevant experience</li></ul><p><br>
 <b>Skills</b></p><ul><li>
Working Experience in an Advertising Agency or a Production Studio.</li><li>
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Proactive nature with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment under tight schedules.</li><li>
Strong Coordination skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>
Ability to manage project workload and time for revisions and approvals.</li><li>
Animation understanding will be a plus.<br>

<b>Specific Tools, Technologies, or Equipment Skills</b><br>
</li><li>
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered editing and video generation tools such as VEO 3, Runway ML, Descript, ElevenLabs</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
