Key Roles and Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Identify and understand staffing needs in coordination with department managers.</li><li>Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.</li><li>Source candidates through various channels &mdash; job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus recruitment.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.</li></ul>2. Screening &amp; Selection<ul><li>Review resumes, shortlist potential candidates, and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.</li><li>Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with hiring managers.</li><li>Manage all aspects of candidate communication and interview scheduling.</li></ul>3. Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Experience<ul><li>Promote the organization&rsquo;s culture, values, and growth opportunities to enhance its employer brand.</li><li>Ensure a positive and professional experience for every candidate throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Maintain transparent and timely communication with applicants regarding their application status.</li></ul>4. Recruitment Process Management<ul><li>Maintain detailed records of candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions using applicant tracking systems (ATS).</li><li>Prepare and issue offer letters, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding in coordination with HR operations.</li><li>Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and report them to management for process improvement.</li></ul>5. Collaboration &amp; Strategic Alignment<ul><li>Work closely with management and department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.</li><li>Partner with educational institutions, job fairs, and professional associations to strengthen recruitment networks.</li><li>Contribute to developing policies and practices that promote internal growth and retention.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws, diversity standards, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all applicant and employee data.</li><li>Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports for audits or reviews.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;14,200.44 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
