Job Description</b><p><br>
We are seeking a professional and reliable Truck Driver to join our transportation team in New Salem, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport goods across various routes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer service. You will play a critical part in ensuring timely and secure delivery of cargo while upholding all regulatory compliance requirements.</p><ul><li>
Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations</li><li>
Plan and execute optimal routes to meet delivery schedules and minimize fuel consumption</li><li>
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure roadworthiness</li><li>
Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations</li><li>
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered</li><li>
Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security</li><li>
Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate responsible behavior on and off the road</li><li>
Respond promptly to roadside emergencies and follow proper safety protocols</li><li>
Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, fluid levels, and brake systems</li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle class being operated</li><li>
Current DOT medical certification</li><li>
Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three to five years</li><li>
Minimum of two years of commercial truck driving experience</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and DOT compliance requirements</li><li>
Strong time management and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems effectively</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Physical capability to perform loading, unloading, and vehicle maintenance tasks</li><li>
Proficiency in basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting</li><li>

Truck Driver

<div><p>At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master to lead delivery of a Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT) low-code platform Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation for a federal agency. This role serves as the single point of accountability for execution of a 14-week Proof of Concept and subsequent scaled delivery efforts, managing an agile team delivering mission-critical applications in a federal DevSecOps environment. This person owns execution, risk, schedule, and stakeholder communication. Acts as Scrum Master for planning, refinement, stand-ups, retros, and demos. Owns Monthly Report, Sprint Demo facilitation, Release Plan, and COR coordination.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end execution of agile delivery across Discovery, Development, and Release phases</li>
<li>Serve as primary interface to COR, PM, and Product Owner</li>
<li>Drive the integrated Agile Delivery Lifecycle (Discover, Define, Build, Validate, Release) so SOO deliverables &mdash; Story Map, Release Plan, Data Migration Plan, Sprint Demo, Product Increment, User Guide, Detailed Technical Design Document &mdash; mature alongside working software.</li>
<li>Plan, manage, and track all deliverables.</li>
<li>Facilitate all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, demos)</li>
<li>Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and performance in a fixed-price environment</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with client agile principles and continuous delivery expectations</li>
<li>Run the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) embedded in the delivery cycle, applying corrective action at the point of delivery to prevent defects, rework, or schedule slip.</li>
<li>Coordinate ATO/A&amp;A readiness, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting</li>
<li>Enable rapid decision-making and issue resolution across Government and contractor teams.</li>
<li>Lead transition from PoC to Application Onboarding and Sustainment, including a two-week intake-and-triage sprint, sequenced onboarding wave plan, and independent sustainment team that delivers a minimum of twelve production-ready releases.</li>
<li>Manage Additional Capacity (Task C.4.4) team expansions without disrupting velocity or quality; integrate new resources into established processes, tooling, and standards.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of federal IT program / project management experience, including delivery of agile software development programs at a federal civilian agency.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).</li>
<li>Active PMP certification.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience operating as Scrum Master on an agile pod (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid).</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience delivering cloud-based or low-code platforms (Power Platform or similar)</li>
<li>Proven success managing fixed-price contracts with delivery accountability</li>
<li>Experience working with federal stakeholders, CORs, and cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Strong experience with JIRA or similar agile tools</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMI-ACP certification.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ATO/A&amp;A processes and NIST/FISMA compliance.</li>
<li>Prior delivery of programs on Power Platform, Unqork, Appian, ServiceNow, or comparable BOAT / regenerative low-code platforms.</li>
<li>Experience delivering BOAT, workflow automation, or case management systems</li>
<li>PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification</li>
