 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented
 
 Administrative Assistant
 
 to support the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves handling sensitive health-related documentation, maintaining database records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of behavioral plan information. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Redact sensitive and private health information from Behavior Plans for annual reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Update behavior plan-related data fields in a centralized database system
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload finalized behavior plan packets into electronic member files
 </li>
 <li>
 Document and write progress notes to track task completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established work standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress on tasks/projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify issues proactively and seek support when needed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 
 </li>
 <li>
 At least
 
 2 years of experience
 
 in:
 </li>
 <li>
 Database systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer-based applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Clerical/data entry work
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written communication skills for task tracking and updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications

 Experience supporting special projects
