bout the Role:We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter &ndash; IT who will support our recruitment efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent. The role involves sourcing candidates for technical positions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process for roles like Developers, QA, Designers, and Team Leads.</li><li>Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.</li><li>Review resumes, conduct initial HR screening, and assess candidate fit.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.</li><li>Assist in onboarding and HR operational tasks when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.</li><li>6 months &ndash; 1 years of IT recruitment experience (freshers with internship in IT hiring can also apply).</li><li>Familiarity with IT job roles (e.g., Flutter, iOS, Android, Laravel, MERN, QA, UI/UX).</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple requirements at once and meet deadlines.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.</li><li>Exposure to the latest hiring tools and practices.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into Senior Recruiter/HR Generalist role.</li><li>Friendly and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
