Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving traffic to our e-commerce platforms, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce best practices, and a passion for leveraging data to improve performance.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and performance tracking to optimize content.</li><li>Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising.</li><li>Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns that drive conversions.</li><li>Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance marketing techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging.</li><li>Conduct email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to nurture leads and engage customers.</li><li>Monitor paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, SEM, and Google AdWords to maximize ROI.</li><li>Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL as needed for website updates and enhancements.</li><li>Manage content within content management systems (CMS) to ensure a seamless user experience.</li></ul>Experience The ideal candidate will have:<ul><li>Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO tools, social media management platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.</li><li>Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with B2B marketing approaches is a plus.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Experience in graphic design or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge of analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
