We're Hiring: Corporate CoordinatoriCabinets is seeking a dynamic and organized Corporate Coordinator to join our growing corporate team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing and streamlining the client experience for our B2B partners&mdash;including interior designers, architects, and project developers.You will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and smooth follow-ups to support lead conversion and relationship-building efforts. You will also contribute to our public relations and marketing initiatives to help elevate our brand presence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer support throughout the sales cycle.</li><li>Appointment and Meeting Coordination: Secure and book appointments for the corporate sales team with clients at various sales points, client locations, or the iCabinets Design Center. You will also have the ability to attend meetings with different types of clients.</li><li>Administrative Support: Assist the corporate team by maintaining and updating the CRM database, preparing and distributing proposals, and ensuring a smooth workflow.</li><li>Internal Coordination: Liaise with different internal departments, such as the design and production teams, to ensure fast design and pricing timeframes and provide technical data support to clients as needed.</li><li>Follow-up and Nurturing: Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients after initial meetings and presentations to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.</li><li>PR and Marketing Support: Use a solid public relations and marketing background to help support various PR and marketing activities, such as pitching and sourcing opportunities on the BNC website.
