Follow up of samples and send the same to overseas customer</li><li>Maintain sample stock</li><li>Prepare custom documents as per dispatch schedule</li><li>Coordinate with shipping company/ Freight forwarder regarding booking, carting point/ Freight rate, B/L or AWB</li><li>Coordinate with CHA regarding Cusoms processing/ examination</li><li>Coordinate with Accounts Department regarding payment of agent bill for getting B/L or AWB from agent</li><li>Update export package in reference to preshipmet to postshipment documents for getting important reports like DBK, BRC, EPCopy and ECGC</li><li>Update export register</li><li>Prepare post shipment collection documents</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly reports like ECGC and MPEDA</li><li>To coordinate with CHA/consultant for pending duty drawback.
