 Position Overview</h2>
We&rsquo;re seeking a Full-Time Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about aesthetics, recovery, and total-body wellness. This role combines hands-on treatments with client education, sales, and team collaboration.
You&rsquo;ll be working with medical-grade devices and elite recovery tools used by professional athletes and celebrities, including:<ul><li>
HydraFacial &ndash; next-gen, medical-grade facials</li><li>
EmSculpt NEO &ndash; body sculpting (build muscle &amp; burn fat)</li><li>
Neveskin &ndash; advanced skin rejuvenation &amp; toning</li><li>

 Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Perform esthetic and recovery services while delivering exceptional guest care</li><li>
Educate guests on treatment benefits, service plans, and package options</li><li>
Collaborate with RNs, center manager, and teammates to support client outcomes</li><li>
Help drive sales through consults, social media engagement, and community events</li><li>
Maintain a professional, clean, and safe treatment environment</li><li>
Stay up to date on industry trends and complete required iCRYO training exams</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Active Florida Esthetician License</li><li>
Availability: Full-time (32&ndash;40 hrs/week), 4 shifts of 10 hours (includes evenings &amp; weekends)</li><li>
High-energy, guest-focused personality with strong communication skills</li><li>
Previous aesthetics, spa, or wellness experience preferred</li><li>
Comfortable with sales goals and building long-term client relationships</li><li>
Tech-savvy (POS, Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, social media content creation)</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and maintain cleanliness standards</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
