 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Design, develop, test, debug new features, microservices and APIs for the
 
 Call Center
 
 domain.
 
 
 &bull; Maintain current Call Center applications to ensure high performance and high availability.
 
 
 &bull; Follow and execute on CI/CD practices for the products (including meeting code quality matrices, &amp; test automations).
 
 
 &bull; Interact with various IT teams and share knowledge effectively with all stakeholders.
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrable experience and fluency with Spring Framework (Spring-Boot preferred).
 
 
 &bull; Strong experience in creating Restful web services.
 
 
 &bull; Hands on experience with Microservices development with Spring Cloud
 
 
 &bull; Experience with modern authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
 
 
 &bull; Experience with Genesys
 
 
 &bull; Good command over SQL and NoSQL databases
 
 
 &bull; Experience working in Scrum agile environment and tools (Pair programming, TDD, BDD, Pivotal methodology etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Experience with Java testing frameworks (Junit/Mocks etc.)

 Qualifications/Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle.
 
 
 &bull; Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, database design and problem solving.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with BOA framework is a preference
 
 
 &bull; Experience with most of the following Java, related technologies: Javascript, HTML, React or similar frameworks, building and using Microservices, building and consuming REST and SOAP APIs .
 
 
 &bull; Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle preferred)
 
 
 &bull; Experience with Git and Git Flow.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with build tools such as Maven and potentially Docker/microservices/containers
 
 
 &bull; Preferrably have knowledge of monitoring applications (Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace)
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of Unit Test &amp; Integration Test is a plus.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge and experience about Redis, RabbitMQ, ELK, Mongo DB is a plus.
