<div></div><div><b>BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
</b></div><ul><li>Assist in the maintenance of our main facility and warehouse</li>
<li>Maintenance of HVACR systems, chilled water/domestic water/deionized water systems, phone, and data cabling, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and fire and life safety systems</li>
<li>Position will require strong mechanical aptitude, strong electrical knowledge, and strong knowledge of all building and manufacturing support systems</li>
<li>Watch over electric/gas/water services including maintenance, repair, and installations</li>
<li>Make recommendation for utility and cost reduction</li>
<li>Assist with the coordination of outside vendors and contactors for quotations</li>
<li>Coordinating efforts for any facilities project management</li>
<li>Repair compressed air and plumbing systems as needed</li>
<li>Ability to be on call if any facility issues or emergencies were to arise</li>
<li>Perform basic HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Perform other duties, tasks, or projects at the direction of the immediate supervisor</li>

<b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Must be available for weekend and daily overtime</li>
<li>1 + year commercial HVAC experience</li>
<li>3 + years in a commercial or industrial maintenance position</li>
<li>Preventative maintenance experience</li>
<li>Must be able to work Sunday&rsquo;s and Holiday&rsquo;s when the job requires</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>EPA refrigerant handling certification</li></ul><br>
<div></div><div><b>OPTIONAL/PREFERRED SKILLS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office Suite</li>
<li>3 + years commercial HVAC experience</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li>
</ul>

<div>High School Diploma or GED</div>
