Job ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for Children's Social Workers, Team Managers, and specialist roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases.Create and run attraction campaigns focusing on authentic content with staff and managers.Work with Children's Services managers to implement quick recruitment processes.Improve candidate journey by ensuring adverts and application processes are inclusive and user-friendly.Provide data analysis on recruitment performance to improve strategies.Collaborate with the permanent talent team to test and implement new recruitment approaches.Advise HR leadership on future resourcing and agency strategies.Person SpecificationsMust Have:6 months or a year of experience in talent acquisition..Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.Skill in designing and implementing employer branding or EVP projects.Ability to use data to enhance recruitment outcomes.Strong stakeholder management skills.Commitment to inclusion, sustainability, and digital enablement.Nice to Have:Experience in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.Champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Will you be able to commute in 1 PM to 9 PM timings at Nusery Shahrae Faisal location?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
