This role will drive on-ground business development, marketing, and operations to expand access, deepen partnerships, and improve patient experience&mdash;starting with our Diabetes 360 program.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on Program Lead to own the on-ground execution of BD, marketing, and operations across assigned geographies. You&rsquo;ll build community and partner relationships, enable CHWs and field teams, run campaigns, and ensure operational excellence while meeting growth and health-outcome targets.Reporting to:State/Program HeadLocation:Field-based with frequent travel across blocks/districtsType:Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Partnerships&middot; Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with government facilities, private providers, labs, pharmacies, employers, NGOs, and local influencers.&middot; Drive channel growth for Diabetes 360 and other iKure services (screenings, enrollments, follow-ups, referrals, and paid services).&middot; Negotiate and manage partner SLAs; set monthly targets and performance reviews.Marketing &amp; Community Engagement&middot; Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, health camps, and community events; ensure consistent brand messaging and effective IEC deployment.&middot; Run demand-generation campaigns (workplaces, SHGs, Panchayat events) and measure lead-to-enrollment conversion.&middot; Capture field insights and patient stories to refine messaging and offerings.Insurance &amp; Product Enablement&middot; Coordinate with insurance partners to streamline processes, claims support, and grievance resolution.&middot; Train CHWs and field staff to explain health cards/insurance-linked benefits and drive adoption.Operations &amp; Service Delivery&middot; Plan routes, rosters, and resource allocation for camps/clinics; ensure stock, device calibration, and logistics (glucometers, strips, BP cuffs, scales).&middot; Enforce SOPs for screening, referrals, data capture (WHIMS/app), consent/privacy, and incident reporting.&middot; Close the loop on referrals and escalations; ensure high patient satisfaction.Data &rarr; Action&middot; Track dashboards and weekly MIS (screenings, enrollments, conversions, collections, partner performance).&middot; Run quick PDSA cycles to fix bottlenecks (e.g., low confirmation rates, adherence drop-offs).&middot; Submit timely reports, case studies, and recommendations to leadership.Qualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s in Public Health, Social Work, Business/Marketing, or related field; MPH/MBA preferred.&middot; 4&ndash;8 years of field program management or multi-stakeholder BD/ops roles in healthcare/CSR/public health.&middot; Proven experience leading field teams (hiring, training, coaching) and delivering against monthly targets.&middot; Strong relationship-building with communities, facilities, and partners; fluency in local language(s) and working English.&middot; Comfortable with extensive field travel (60&ndash;70%) and occasional weekend events.&middot; Proficient with mobile apps, dashboards, WhatsApp workflows, and basic Excel/MIS.Nice to Have&middot; Prior experience with diabetes/NCD programs, insurance-linked health services, or CSR/government convergence.&middot; Clinical/paramedical exposure (GNM/BSc Nursing/Pharmacist) or certification in diabetes education.&middot; Familiarity with digital health platforms and behavior-change interventions.Success Metrics (KPIs)&middot; BD &amp; Growth: # active partners, lead volume, conversion (screening &rarr; confirmation &rarr; enrollment &rarr; paid services), and collections.&middot; Marketing Effectiveness: event reach, cost per lead, lead-to-enrollment rate, and community NPS.&middot; Operations: CHW productivity, SOP adherence, stock-out rate, TAT for referrals/claims, and incident-free operations.&middot; Health Outcomes: % patients at glycemic control at 3/6 months (for Diabetes 360).&middot; Data Quality: completeness/accuracy in WHIMS/app and on-time reporting.Why iKure&middot; Mission-driven work with measurable impact on NCD outcomes and financial protection.&middot; Strong platform (WHIMS), community networks, and supportive leadership to help you win on the ground.&middot; Learning culture, growth opportunities, and the chance to shape a flagship program.How to ApplySend your CV and a short note on a field initiative you led (what worked, what didn&rsquo;t, and what you&rsquo;d repeat) to careers@ikure.in with the subject: &ldquo;Program Lead &mdash; BD, Marketing &amp; Operations (On-Ground)&rdquo;.
