We are looking for a Python Developer who is passionate about AI and wants to work on practical, real-world GenAI and automation workflows.Role OverviewWe're hiring a Python Developer with strong AI-centric skills to join our AI team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Python and hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and automation tools like n8n. Familiarity with Langfuse, vector databases, and modern AI observability tools is a big plus.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop AI-driven applications using Python and modern LLM frameworks.</li><li>Build and maintain RAG pipelines involving document loaders, embedding models, and vector databases.</li><li>Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies for various LLMs.</li><li>Automate workflows using n8n and custom Python integrations.</li><li>Integrate and monitor LLM behavior using Langfuse or similar tracing tools.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, QA, and designers to deliver high-impact AI features.</li><li>Continuously research and integrate best practices in GenAI and automation.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong Python development experience with a focus on backend or AI use cases.</li><li>Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG-based systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with n8n workflow automation.</li><li>Experience working with vector stores like ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with Langfuse or prompt tracing tools.</li><li>Understanding of RESTful APIs, Docker, and modular software design.</li><li>Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)<ul><li>Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, or open-source LLMs</li><li>Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration libraries</li><li>Frontend basics for UI integration (React/HTML optional)</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)</li><li>Knowledge of prompt evaluation and metrics-based tuning</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>LLM: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Langfuse: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
