Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at a nurturing private school environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for young children, fostering their development in literacy, math, and physical education. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to implement a well-rounded curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of preschool-aged children.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum.</li><li>Educate children in foundational literacy and math skills through interactive activities.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and supportive learning environment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.</li><li>Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed.</li><li>Foster a love for learning through creative play, exploration, and hands-on experiences.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.</li><li>Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs.</li><li>Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects, including literacy, math, and physical education.</li><li>A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a classroom setting.</li><li>Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
