The RoleWe&rsquo;re hiring a highly organized, detail-obsessed individual to support our fast-paced e-commerce business. This role sits at the intersection of catalog management, inventory operations, and product listing execution. Think of it as the bridge between our buying and warehouse team to ensure everything from listings to FBA inventory is dialed in.If you&rsquo;re someone who takes pride in precision, works well in Excel, knows your way around Amazon Seller Central&mdash;or wants to learn&mdash;you&rsquo;ll thrive here.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create &amp; Maintain Listings:</li></ul>Launch new product listings across Amazon, Shopify, Target+ (Rithum). Manage content, attributes, images, A+ content, and backend data.<ul><li>Catalog Accuracy:</li></ul>Handle listings issues for suppression, missing attributes and image issues. Submit and manage support cases with Amazon to resolve. Reimbursement filings (Lost Inventory, Dimension Disputes, etc.).<ul><li>FBA Shipment &amp; Inventory Management</li></ul>Ensure new SKUs are correctly entered into SkuVault. Manage FBA shipment creation. Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams.<ul><li>Data-Driven Execution:</li></ul>Use Excel (formulas, filters, lookups) to format bulk uploads, reconcile catalog data, and organize listing tasks.
