Dear Candidate,We are hiring!!Location -Ludhiana, Punjab3 years of experience in purchase/procurement only from construction industryBudget - 38kJob Title: Purchase AssistantDepartment: Purchase / ProcurementReporting To: Purchase Manager / HODJob Purpose:To support the purchase department by sourcing vendors, handling quotations, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring smooth procurement processes while maintaining compliance with approvals and company policies.Key Responsibilities:Vendor Sourcing &amp; ManagementIdentify and evaluate new vendors/suppliers for quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Maintain and update vendor database regularly.Quotation &amp; NegotiationCollect and compare quotations from different vendors.Assist in negotiating payment terms, delivery timelines, and pricing.Purchase Process SupportPrepare comparative statements for vendor selection.Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, etc.) for requirement finalization.Payment &amp; DocumentationDiscuss and follow up on agreed payment terms with vendors.Ensure timely submission of bills, invoices, and required documents to accounts.Coordination &amp; ApprovalsLiaise between vendors and internal teams for smooth execution of purchase orders.Take approvals from HOD and management before finalizing orders.General SupportAssist in maintaining proper purchase records and files.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.Key Skills Required:Good communication and negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of procurement and vendor managementMS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)Attention to detail and ability to multitaskQualification &amp; Experience:GraduateJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,667.77 - &#8377;38,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
