Responsibilities:

The Principal Technical Business Analyst leads the analysis and oversight of large-scale projects, ensuring that technical solutions align with business strategies and long-term objectives. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive technology strategies and improve business outcomes. The Principal TBA is seen as a technical authority and thought leader within the organization. Typically, individuals in this role are seen as an advanced technical expert, possessing extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture and technical strategy.</p><div></div><div><br>

Requirements Gathering</b>: Oversee the technical business analysis for large-scale, enterprise-level projects and systems.</li><li><b>
Solution Design &amp; Implementation</b>: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and architecture of complex systems. Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and their applications in business processes.</li><li><b>
Leadership &amp; Mentorship:</b> Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on technical solutions and business transformation initiatives.</li><li><b>

Qualifications:
