 We're hiring experienced resources for the position of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales cycle will be added advantage.
 
 
 They should be confident with building new client relationship and create new opportunities to expand business in different directions.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor latest industry trends and market conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the current customer base, including portfolios to identify potential sales opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create devices or methods on how to gather important data as well as properly using the data acquired.
 </li>
 <li>
 To keep a close check on the changing trends and predict the reason for such changes and help in improvising strategies according to the market&rsquo;s demand.
 </li>
 <li>
 International clients dealing with exposure (B2B) and (B2C).
 </li>
 <li>
 Search for new customers and bring business to the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage sales pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in company&rsquo;s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with BD tools such as Sendinblue will be preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent MS Office Skills (including email marketing)
