Job Title: Merger &amp; Acquisition Analyst (M&amp;A Analyst)Work Location: Gandhinagar, GujaratKey Tasks&middot; Track daily M&amp;A deal announcements and updates in the oil and gas industry via RSS feeds and PDF scanning&middot; Update the M&amp;A database with additional data from company press releases, presentations and periodic financial and operating reports&middot; Analyze and interpret deal announcements to add more depth and commentary to a range of financial and operating data items&middot; Undertake research of company financial statements and presentations to add additional insight to deal announcements&middot; Calculate a fair market value of oil and gas assets&middot; Liaise with the analyst team in London to continually develop the M&amp;A product by reacting to client requests and proactively implementing data and process improvements&middot; Strong English skills&middot; Proficient in Excel&middot; Knowledge of company financial statements&middot; Knowledge of company valuation techniques&middot; Organized and self-motivated, able to manage priorities&middot; Ability to research and extract relevant information from a vast array of sources&middot; Working timing will be from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm Interested candidate can apply on indeed or can send CV on hr@iservegroup.com Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
