This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers for interview rounds</li><li>Prepare offer letters and appointment letters</li><li>Support onboarding activities for new joiners</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain employee records and HR databases</li><li>Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination</li><li>Handle employee documentation and filing</li><li>Support HR audits and compliance documentation</li></ul>Employee Engagement<ul><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events</li><li>Support communication of HR policies and announcements</li><li>Address basic employee queries and escalate when required</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field</li><li>MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt</li></ul>Desired Attributes<ul><li>Positive attitude and professional approach</li><li>Confidentiality and integrity</li><li>Team player with problem-solving mindset</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
