We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our I.T. Training &amp; Services and Engineering Products. The candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, generating leads, managing campaigns, and fostering strong customer relationships across both domains.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for I.T. training programs, software services, and engineering products.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.</li><li>Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, ads).</li><li>Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling.</li><li>Organize seminars, webinars, product demos, and promotional events.</li><li>Create engaging marketing content, brochures, presentations, and case studies.</li><li>Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and support conversions.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and distributors.</li><li>Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and lead generation techniques.</li><li>Ability to market both intangible services (training/IT) and tangible products (engineering items).</li><li>Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team.</li><li>Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
