Position: Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney.Locations : Orlando, FL.Duration: : fulltime.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>Lead all aspects of case management and litigation strategy.</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.</li><li>Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals.</li><li>Appear in court regularly for hearings, trials, and conferences.</li><li>Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel.</li><li>Help maintain and elevate the firm&rsquo;s high standards for professionalism and client care.</li></ul>WHAT YOU BRING:<ul><li>6+ years of Family Law litigation experience.</li><li>Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.</li><li>Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.</li><li>Empathetic communicator with excellent client management instincts.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Filevine, and Lead Docket.</li><li>Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Board Certification in Marital &amp; Family Law (preferred by not required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearWork Location: On the road
