 Role Overview
 
 
 
 We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across
 
 Country
 
 . This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-call incident response support
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain system documentation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Nutanix stack
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V
 </li>
 <li>
 Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with DR and backup tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Scripting (PowerShell/Python) is advantageous
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Mandatory Requirement
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 90% pass score on induction assessment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
 </li>
 <li>
 Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Soft Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills (Local language &amp; English preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle critical incidents
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented and proactive
 </li>
