Exciting Opportunity: Graphic Designer!Location: Gurugram, Sec 44 (Onsite)Experience: 4+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time (5 Days a Week)About the RoleWe are seeking a Graphic Designer with 5&ndash;8 years of proven experience in the e-commerce industry, specializing in creative design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio across digital, print, packaging, and video content with a focus on E-commerce-driven visual storytelling. You will be responsible for shaping the brand&rsquo;s design identity across online platforms and consumer touchpoints.Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design for E-Commerce<ul><li>Design product listings, banners, and creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, Nykaa, brand websites, and other marketplaces.</li><li>Create optimized assets for product detail pages (PDPs), A+ content, store pages, and campaign landing pages.</li></ul>2. Digital &amp; Print Design<ul><li>Develop engaging creatives for social media, digital ads, websites, brochures, packaging, and marketing collaterals.</li><li>Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while tailoring designs for baby &amp; mother care audiences.</li></ul>3. Video &amp; Motion Graphics<ul><li>Create and edit videos, reels, animations, and product explainers for social media and e-commerce listings.</li><li>Develop short-form video content highlighting product USPs, tutorials, and storytelling campaigns.</li></ul>4. Brand Identity &amp; Storytelling<ul><li>Align all designs and videos with the brand&rsquo;s nurturing, family-oriented positioning.</li><li>Ensure visual consistency across e-commerce platforms, digital campaigns, and offline materials.</li></ul>5. Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Partner with the marketing, product, and marketplace teams to deliver creatives that drive sales and engagement.</li><li>Take feedback and provide design solutions that balance creativity and commercial impact.</li></ul>6. Innovation &amp; Trends<ul><li>Stay up to date on E-commerce creative trends (A+ content, video listings, influencer creatives, reels, etc.).</li><li>Experiment with interactive content formats to improve engagement and conversions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of graphic design + video editing experience, )in an E-commerce company/brand.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating E-commerce design work (product creatives, banners, PDPs, packaging, videos).</li><li>Proficiency in:</li><li>Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign</li><li>Video Tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent)</li><li>Deep understanding of visual storytelling for E-commerce&mdash;designing for conversion, click-through, and sales uplift.</li><li>Knowledge of E-commerce platform requirements (Amazon A+ specs, Myntra creatives, Shopify assets, etc.).</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color psychology, and motion design.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Ready to Make Your Mark?If you&rsquo;re passionate about design and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
