We are presently searching for a <b>Marketing Coordinator </b>to join our <b>global corporate marketing team</b>. While working under direct supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating activities related to the strategic development of marketing collateral pieces and collaborating with team members on IA&rsquo;s corporate marketing team on external promotional campaigns.</p><p></p><p><br>
Specific responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>
Work with management and project teams to develop proposals and qualifications in response to RFP&rsquo;s and RFQ&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Research prospects and recommend proposal strategies.</li><li>
Prepare materials for client presentations and interviews.</li><li>
Develop and maintain marketing resource materials for various assigned studios.</li><li>
Ensure that studio marketing materials are consistent with firmwide branding efforts.</li><li>
Facilitate public relations activities for various office studios, including media pitches and coordinating awards submissions.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members across the marketing team on corporate marketing projects and campaigns.</li><li>
Coordinate photoshoots for various assigned studios.</li><li>
Develop case study narratives for projects and create marketing and communications plans for promotion.</li><li>
Coordinate work of vendors and consultants.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE</b></p><ul><li>
BA in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li><b>
3-5 years of experience</b><b> </b>in a marketing role in interior design, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industry.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</b></p><ul><li><b>
Industry Knowledge</b>
<ul><li>Familiar with the commercial interior architecture and/or design industry.</li></ul></li><li><b>

Familiar with methods of print and electronic production and materials delivery.</li></ul></li><li><b>

Strong eye for graphic design and understanding of layout.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Systems Knowledge</b>
 <ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign. Must have solid understanding of style settings, master pages, tools and use of shortcuts.</li><li>
Proficiency in other Creative Cloud programs is a plus.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office application skills, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.</li><li>
Intermediate knowledge of social media applications.</li><li>

Marketing Coordinator

The Junior Designer, while working under the direct supervision of a more senior Designer or Project Manager, performs a broad variety of drafting and/or design tasks.</p><p><b>
Strong intermediate Revit skills minimally required.</b></p><p><b>
In addition:</b></p><ul><li>Work with design team to develop design ideas</li><li>May assist senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishes</li><li>Under supervision, develops preliminary space plans</li><li>Assist and learn detailing</li><li>Assist and learn the production of furniture &amp; finish packages, along with cost estimating</li><li>Assists senior staff with verification of site details to support design</li><li>Assists in field surveying of client spaces</li><li>Corrects drawings red lined by others</li><li>Supports the team in collecting information for client assessment; may attend interviews, provide documentation support; developing skills working with Affinity program tool</li></ul><div><b>

<ul><li>Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted</li><li>1+ year experience or equivalent educational experience: strongly prefer experience working in corporate interior design projects</li></ul></div><div><b>
