Periodically generates user reports for business management to review access levels based on least privilege</li><li>
Communicates with team members and Service Desk Administration Lead to ensure understanding of appropriate review processes</li><li>
Interdepartmental communication between business management to verify necessary audit information</li><li>
Maintains working knowledge of Internal Audit and IT Service Desk guidelines; Active Directory experience</li><li>
Updates internal intranet sites to reflect provisioning work completed</li><li>
Processes all user access provisioning setup forms for network access</li><li>
Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual audit reviews</li><li>
Manages workload as delegated by User Provisioning Administration Lead</li><li>
Utilizes on-the-job training resources to advance knowledge within user access provisioning field</li><li>
