 Job Description
 
 
 
 We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
 </li>
 <li>
 To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
 </li>
 <li>
 To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
 </li>
 <li>
 To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
 </li>
 <li>
 To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
 </li>
 <li>
 To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
 </li>
 <li>
 To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
 </li>
 <li>
 To maintain safety of work areas at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
 </li>
 <li>
 To perform other tasks as required /directed

 Qualifications

 Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash; 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be confident and good in speaking Englis

 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stock up the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients on a daily basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Be familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observe safety precautions when handling them
 </li>
 <li>
 Master all basic cooking methods like cutting of ingredients and preparing daily mis-en-place for the assigned station
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare food items as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean and maintain all equipment within the food production area
 </li>
 <li>
 Promptly report any hazards, unsafe working conditions or equipment which requires repair or maintenance to immediate supervisor.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Other Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be well versed in hotel fire &amp; life safety/emergency procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum Primary school education
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
 </li>
 <li>
 Oral proficiency in English language
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
