If you have a passion for web development and a solid understanding of the MERN stack, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Description: As a MERN Stack Developer at IBR Infotech, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will work closely with front-end and back-end teams to ensure that applications are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).</li><li>Develop scalable and efficient server-side logic using Node.js and integrate it with front-end components in React.js.</li><li>Collaborate with the product team to deliver well-structured, high-performance code.</li><li>Implement RESTful APIs and work on integrating third-party services.</li><li>Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.</li><li>Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following best practices.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.</li><li>Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance and security.</li><li>Collaborate in an agile development environment to meet project deadlines and deliverables.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>6 months -2 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).</li><li>Strong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with ES6+ syntax and features.</li><li>Experience working with MongoDB, designing databases, and writing complex queries.</li><li>Familiarity with Express.js for building RESTful APIs and handling server-side logic.</li><li>Proficiency in React.js for developing interactive and dynamic front-end interfaces.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Node.js for building backend applications and services.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.</li><li>Experience with Git version control and familiarity with branching, merging, and pull requests.</li><li>Understanding of basic authentication techniques (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with AWS, Heroku, or other cloud platforms for deployment.</li><li>Ability to write unit tests and knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai.</li><li>Good understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an agile environment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li></ul>Desirable Skills:<ul><li>Experience with Redux or other state management libraries for React.</li><li>Knowledge of TypeScript for better development practices.</li><li>Familiarity with GraphQL for querying APIs.</li><li>Experience using UI frameworks such as Material UI or Bootstrap.</li><li>Exposure to Docker or other containerization technologies.</li><li>Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.</li></ul>Why Work at IBR Infotech?<ul><li>Work with a talented and passionate team on cutting-edge technologies.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and professional development.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>Flexible work environment and focus on work-life balance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>software development: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>MERN: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
