Job Description: HR Operations INTERN Executive Position: HR Operations Executive Experience: 0&ndash;3 years Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to manage core HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. The role ensures smooth HR functioning, accurate data management, compliance, and coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:Attendance &amp; Payroll Support<ul><li>Track attendance, leaves, and shift details.</li><li>Coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.</li><li>Maintain monthly MIS reports for attendance and payroll.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain employee files and HR documentation.</li><li>Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies.</li></ul>Employee Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, etc.</li><li>Facilitate internal communication and circulate HR announcements.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities and events.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.</li><li>Manage vendor communication for HR-related services.</li><li>Handle office administration tasks when required.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good understanding of HR processes &amp; HRMS</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and reporting (MIS)</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR / Business Administration</li><li>MBA in HR (preferred)</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Executive roles</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
